Deirdre is the clinical nurse for the practice.She has many years of experience working in the field of cardiothoracics having started her career in London working at a major cardiothoracic hospital.She provides pre op education,advice and guidance and is available to assist you throughout your surgical journey.She will visit you in hospital and review you in addition to Dr Joshi and collaborate with him to ensure you are meeting your goals and that you are progressing in your recovery.

She will provide education,advice and guidance prior to discharge and ensure that you are aware of your follow up appointments and what you need to do once you leave hospital.

She is also available after you leave the hospital for any queries or concerns that you may have
